Two Ingredient Dough is an incredibly simple and versatile dough made from just Greek yoghurt and self-raising flour. It's yeast-free and quick to prepare, perfect for making homemade pizzas, scrolls, and rolls with minimal effort and delicious results.

Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1.5 cups Self-Raising (Self-Rising) Flour, plus extra for flouring surface

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: Place Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl and give it a stir. Add in 1 cup of self-raising flour and stir to combine.
  2. Form dough ball: Gradually add the remaining flour while stirring until the dough starts to form a ball, no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl.
  3. Knead the dough: Tip the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead with your hands for 1-2 minutes. If sticky, add a little more flour as needed until the dough holds its shape and is not sticky to touch.
  4. Shape and use dough: Use the dough immediately as desired for pizza bases, scrolls, or rolls following your preferred method.

Notes

  • For pizza: Roll the dough out with a rolling pin into one large base or divide into 4–6 portions for mini pizzas. Add toppings and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • For scrolls: Roll dough into a rectangle, add toppings, roll up tightly, then slice into 8 pieces. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
