Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces feta, crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño, roughly chopped (omit seeds if sensitive to spice)
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add yogurt, crumbled feta, jalapeño, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, and kosher salt.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Process all ingredients until the mixture is smooth and well combined, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides to ensure even blending.
  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the sauce and add additional salt if needed to suit your preference.
  4. Serve: Transfer the sauce to a shallow bowl suitable for dipping. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top and garnish with extra fresh chopped leafy herbs and chopped jalapeño if desired.
