A delicious and easy-to-make Oreo Overnight Oats recipe combining creamy almond milk, rolled oats, chia seeds, and crushed Oreo cookies for a sweet and satisfying breakfast or snack. Ready in just 4 hours with no cooking required, topped with whipped cream and extra Oreos for added indulgence.

Ingredients

Overnight Oats Mixture

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 Oreo cookies, chopped
  • 1¼ cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • Extra chopped Oreo cookies
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and chopped Oreo cookies. Stir with a spoon or whisk until well mixed.
  2. Add wet ingredients: Pour in the almond milk and maple syrup, then mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer to containers: Divide the mixture evenly into two glasses or jars, each approximately 1 cup (250ml) in size.
  4. Refrigerate: Cover the containers and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
  5. Optional toppings: Before serving, top the overnight oats with whipped cream and additional chopped Oreo cookies for extra flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Use almond milk or any milk alternative of your choice for a dairy-free option.
  • Maple syrup can be substituted with honey or agave syrup.
  • For a crunchier texture, add the extra Oreo toppings just before serving.
  • Chia seeds add thickness and nutrition but can be omitted if desired.
  • Overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
